Terms of Service

These terms apply to Marketly Center (marketlycenter.com) and its systems, Landify and Vertex. By creating an account or using them you agree to these terms. Contact: ahmedzaher20222@gmail.com.

1. The service

Landify helps you build real estate landing pages, capture and manage leads, and measure campaigns. Vertex helps you report on campaigns, leads, sales outcomes and budgets. Both can work with advertising accounts you choose to connect.

2. Your content and accuracy

• You are responsible for the project information you publish (prices, payment plans, offers, availability) and for having the right to use the images and documents you upload.
• Our systems only show figures you enter or approve, but you must review every page and ad before you publish or enable it.
• Pages and ads must not promise guaranteed returns or make misleading claims.

3. Leads and privacy

You are the controller of the lead and CRM data you collect or upload. You must use it lawfully, honour the consent shown on your forms, and respond to people who ask to have their data removed. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect Google Ads, Meta or other platforms, you authorise us to act on your behalf only for the features you use, such as reporting, conversion uploads and creating paused campaigns. You remain responsible for your advertising accounts, their policies and their spend. You can disconnect at any time.

5. Subscriptions

Each system has its own subscription. You can use one system or both.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use our systems for unlawful, deceptive or abusive purposes, to send spam, or to try to access other workspaces.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific advertising results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for advertising spend.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will change the date above. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
